Program Overview
The Algo Authorized Integrator Program (AIP) connects organizations with trusted integrators capable of deploying Algo IP endpoints and offering excellent customer service.
Algo strategically partners with top-tier integration firms with proven capabilities, resources, and teams to deploy Algo IP endpoints expertly. All Authorized Integrators have demonstrated excellence in unified communications, collaboration, networking, security, AV, or other relevant disciplines. Authorized Integrators must complete a series of Algo training sessions to ensure their teams are expertly proficient for instilling reassurance in organizations that when working with an Algo Authorized Integrator, they receive highly knowledgeable and capable services.
As an Algo Authorized Integrator, you will be able to present yourself as a trusted partner of Algo and will be provided with exclusive material and training to ensure success. The advanced training will help provide enhanced industry knowledge, including sales, installation, configuration, and maintenance training, to better connect you with end users and final customers.

Onboarding Requirements
General Requirements:
- A dedicated commitment to prioritizing exceptional customer support
- Demonstrated competency in areas of UC, networking, AV, and installation services
- A commitment to hands-on training and learning of Algo products
- Provide hands-on installation services for Algo products
Training Requirements:
Complete mandatory general or customized training:
General Training
- 1 hour – General Portfolio Overview
- 1 hour – Algo Product Configuration Overview
Customized Training
- 1 hour – Customized Training
