Regulatory Compliance
Algo provides a variety of audio and visual products that comply with multiple regulatory standards. Algo endpoints are efficient solutions for VoIP communication that adhere to different legislations, such as Alyssa’s law, Kari’s law, and ADA.
Meeting Regulatory Compliance
Algo IP Endpoints provide effective audible and visual communication in VoIP environments, ensuring organizations achieve compliance with several regulations. Algo endpoints are SIP and PoE devices that offer a variety of communication solutions tailored to comply with the specific safety and security standards required in diverse settings.
The range of products offered by Algo includes IP speakers, paging adapters, displays, intercoms, and visual alerters. Organizations may deploy as many or as few compliant audio products from Algo to create tailored IP-based communication systems designed to satisfy the regulatory criteria established for different environments.
Alyssa’s Law
Algo products comply with Alyssa’s Law, offering effective audible and visual communication solutions that enable schools to effectively set up a silent alert system. With the 1203 Call Switch, public elementary and secondary schools can adopt a panic button that directly notifies law enforcement in case of an emergency.
Kari’s Law & Ray Baum’s Act
Kari’s Law and Ray Baum’s Act often work together to make it easier for callers to reach 911 and for emergency services to locate callers. Kari’s Law compliance requires that anyone can reach an emergency call center when dialing from a multi-line telephone systems (MLTS) environment. Ray Baum’s Act mandates the conveyance of a dispatchable location with 911 calls. Algo endpoints use MLTS technology to ensure compliance with both regulations.
ADA – Americans with Disabilities Act
Algo devices meet ADA requirements for the visually impaired, offering effective communication solutions that cater to the needs of individuals with disabilities. With a variety of products, Algo endpoints offer crucial infrastructure, such as ADA compliant buttons and ADA compliant audio products, to ensure audible and visual communication is accessible to cater to a broad spectrum of needs, such as hearing or visual impairment.
