CyberGate Compatibility with Algo Endpoints

Algo IP endpoints have been tested and certified for compatibility with CyberGate, a subscription-based solution by CyberTwice. Just like any VoIP phone system, multiple extensions can be programmed into the device and the calls can be made through Teams to broadcast over Algo’s devices.

Algo IP Speakers

Using a registered extension, a user can page, broadcast a pre-recorded message, or trigger an emergency alert. Algo IP speakers deliver wideband audio to produce optimal quality of sound and speech intelligibility. Using CyberGate to allow a VoIP call from Teams to an Algo IP endpoint is simple, fast, and effective. Wideband audio is supported in all of Algo devices so any broadcast made for a page, notification, or announcement through Teams to an Algo IP speaker will be clearly understood.

Algo IP Paging Adapter

Deploying Algo’s 8301 IP paging adapter with CyberGate can easily connect MS Teams to legacy speaker technology. The 8301 registers to CyberGate and connects to MS Teams virtually while hardwiring directly to an analog amplifier, creating a bridge between the system. Algo’s paging adapter, used with CyberGate, can perform a multitude of tasks. When a SIP call is made from Teams enabled by CyberGate, an Algo paging adapter can broadcast that call, be it a page, pre-recorded announcement, or alarm, to either an IP speaker system or an analog speaker system.

Algo IP Intercom

Algo IP intercoms offer effective audio and visual communication with visitors while ensuring security of doors and gates. Algo IP intercoms can easily be deployed with CyberGate to connect into a MS Teams environment and allow a receptionist, an employee, or a security guard to receive the notification that a guest is at the door or gate entry. Note: the 8036 IP Multimedia Intercom is not compatible with CyberGate.

Algo IP Visual Alerters

Where strobe lights are required, Algo’s IP visual alerters can be deployed in any environment for emergency alerting as well as safety and situational awareness. Using an extension number, anyone granted access can dial that extension associated to a single device or group of devices – via multicast – to set off the visual alerters. Several combinations of speakers and visual alerters are also achievable via multicast. Like other Algo IP endpoints, visual alerters can connect through CyberGate to create a simple connection to a Teams environment. Algo IP visual alerters offer effective visual alerting with different flash patterns, colors, and intensities.
